SAQ Training (6-week package)



This 3-week speed, agility and quickness training program will help improve any athletic performance. Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) training has been shown to help improve stability, decrease the risk of injury, improve neuromuscular feedback, improve reaction time, and improve power and strength. With a variety of drills, each week athletes will be challenged in a safe and controlled environment. Emphasis will be on technique and execution of movement.


Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursdays for 55 mins

STARTS Tuesday, July 31st – August 16th

Ages 12-under, 5-6 PM

Ages 14-up, 6-7 PM
